I am so excited to have another sister--and especially one that makes my brother so happy! We love you Danny and Jaime!

Pre Wedding Bonfire!

Tonight we had a bonfire with Danny and Jaime and their out of town friends that were here for their wedding tomorrow!!! It was a lot of fun kickin it on the beach and roasting hot dogs and s'mores and just relaxing. We are all excited for the wedding tomorrow and to have Jaime in our family!!

The Finished Product!!!

So I finally finished my rag quilt! It was fun and frustrating at times, but it is finished and I had a good time working with my mom on it together. She made one too that is red, white and blue Americana design and turned out really cute! So here's mine.....and you can tell Roscoe pretty much thinks it's his--he LOVES it for some reason. It's kinda funny. Here's onto the next craft!

Learning something new.....

Last week my sister taught me to make Mongolian Dumplings. She recently got home from serving her mission in the Washington DC. South Mission, most of which covers parts of Virginia. While she was there she met a lot of mongolians and grew to love their customs and foods. So she taught me how to make one of her favorite Mongolian dishes. They are so unique and intricate. I thought they were so pretty in their design I had to post pictures! They were tasty and we had so much fun making them! It was great to learn a new skill. Thanks Jules! Can't wait for the next time!
